ACBJJ SOUTH RUSSIAN OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP GI & NO-GI WILL BE HELD IN KRASNODAR, RUSSIA, 15-16 JULY

ACBJJ League reserves the right to close the registration before the deadline (for some or for all divisions) to the event in case of reaching the maximum number of participants per division.

Weigh-in will take place for "GI" - 14 JULY. - ALL MALE GI.
 From 17:00 till 19:00
Weigh-in will take place for "NO - GI" - 15 JULY. ALL MALE NO - GI.
 From 18:00 till 19:00

    Note: A participant registered in two categories (in GI & NO - GI), when weighed in the
    category "GI" will automatically weigh for the category "NO - GI".
    Morning weigh-in only for visitors and by early appointment by email

    provide tickets / booking).

  Weighing in a t-shirt, shorts and compression pants below the knee! Without any from the list - is prohibited! UNIFORM for weigh in and NO - GI fighting. 

Only uniform of black, white, gray colors is allowed, with a minimum of 30% of the belt color. The names of other sports organizations, leagues, companies are not allowed.

Note: The permissible overweight is 500 grams and only for Kids I, II, III, Infant!
NO OVERWEIGHT for all other Divisions!

     ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS

     MALE DIVISIONS (JUVENILE  - YOUTH - ADULT - MASTERS)
    
Participants of the divisions can go to the Absolute Weight Category: JUVENILE,  YOUTH, ADULT, MASTERS (All belts), who became winners in their weight categories.

The Absolute Weight Category will be held in one weight category, where the bracket will be divided into - on one side athletes with a weight: up to 80kg - for ADULT and MASTERS; up to 75 kg - For YOUTH; up to 65kg for JUVENILE, on the other sides of the bracket for athletes weighing from 80kg - for ADULT and MASTERS; from 75 kg - For YOUTH; from 65kg for JUVENILE.

In the case of a shortage of an athlete on one side, the athlete with the smallest (largest) weight will be fixed on one side with the absent athlete.

Note: For YOUTH Division - purple and brown belts, along with the weight distribution of competitors in the bracket, the following option will apply when drawing the brackets for the Absolute Weight Category:

For the YOUTH division, purple belts on one side of the bracket, brown belts on the other side of the bracket.

   EXTRA:

When weighing in, You must present the following documents:

1. Passport or Birth Certificate (Mandatory for everyone & MUST be with photo)

2. Receipt - permission from parents - Sample (Up to 17 years old inclusive)

3. Insurance - ACCIDENT INSURANCE. Important! The insurance must state that the insurance includes Jiu-Jitsu classes! (up to 17 years old inclusive). 

⇒ The registration fee can be refunded only before the registration is closed, until 25 (inc).06.2023 100%, from 26 jUNE to 10 JULY - 50%! After the registration is closed, the amount of the fee is NOT REFUNDABLE!

⇒ The last day to make changes is 10 JULY, 11:59, 2023.

⇒ MASTERS (30+ y.o.)  at the same time can register in Master 1 + Adult.
⇒ YOUTH at the same time can register in Adult.

⇒ In the category "white belt" participation is prohibited to register next athletes:

    1) Masters of sports (or higher) or candidates for master of sports in any of the types of wrestling.
    2) Anybody who have a professional or amateur record in MMA.|
    3) Judo black belt. 
    4) ACBJJ World Championship winners 
    5) Winners of Country (or higher) events.
